02.26.2008: Cisco Davis, who lives in Anne Arundel County near Jessup, was commissioned by the Hebron family and the North Anne Arundel African American Historical Society for a mural that shows the three schools surrounding Frank Hebron’s life. The mural shows the original Harman, located on Dorsey Road, which was built in 1933. It was the two room school house that Mr. Hebron attended. The second school was built in 1955 with a wing added in 1969. The wing gave it the L shape that many of you may remember. This was the school where Mr. Hebron was principal. The final school spans the bottom of the picture and is the school that we now occupy, Frank Hebron-Harman Elementary School.
